The CELLA 2nd Uni Campus is located in Talamban where many language schools and universities are situated.
The campus was built in January 2017 and offers Official Exam Preparation, TESOL, Airline Cabincrew English (ACE), college entrance exam preparation, as well as ESL.
It offers fresh, clean and safe accomodations with a key card system in every room, 24-hour security and CCTV. A large shopping mall is located within short walking distance for added convenience.
